Compact Two-piece Industrial Infrared Thermometer for hot Metal and ceramics, 150-2000°C

The Optris CTi 2M short wavelength pyrometer provides stable and precise measurements, especially in hot-metal applications, due to its reduced sensitivity to emissivity changes, high optical resolution, and specialized 1.6 µm spectral range. Available in four temperature variants, it is suitable for measuring materials such as steel, tungsten, iron, nickel, and semiconductors across a wide temperature range.

With a distance to spot ratio of up to 75:1, the CTi 2M enables accurate non contact measurements from extended distances. Its compact stainless steel measuring head supports easy installation in confined spaces, while its fast response time allows reliable monitoring of rapid thermal processes. The remotely separated electronics, LCD display, and wide range of analog and digital interfaces provide flexible integration into industrial systems.

Built for harsh industrial conditions, the CTi 2M pyrometer combines precision, durability, and versatility. Optional accessories, including mounting forks, sighting tubes, close focus lenses, air purge systems, and cooling jackets, extend its application range. With thermal shock resistance, operation in ambient temperatures up to 125 °C, and high quality German engineering, it provides reliable temperature measurement for demanding processes.
