9. Terms of Credit

Credit will not be provided until Electro Chemical Engineering Pty Ltd t/as ECEFast accepts this application and has provided written confirmation to the Applicant.

If ECEFast accepts this application, the provision of goods and services and credit facilities to the Applicant are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Trade.
