Compact Two-piece Industrial Infrared Pyrometer for Glass Applications, 50-1650°C

The Optris CTi G5 pyrometer is designed for precise, non contact temperature measurement in glass applications such as container glass, vehicle glass, and solar cell production. Its two piece design with a separate electronic box, display, and programming keys provides easy operation and accurate measurements from 50 °C to 1650 °C. The specialized 5.0 µm spectral range improves glass temperature measurement accuracy by reducing reflection effects and optimizing emissivity.

The compact stainless steel measuring head allows flexible installation, including multi-spot and line-scanning configurations, even in limited spaces. It operates in ambient temperatures up to 85 °C without additional cooling, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. The CTi G5 delivers reliable surface temperature measurements for high temperature glass processes.

The separate electronics box provides various output and communication options, including 0/4–20 mA, 0–5 V, 0–10 V, USB, RS485, RS232, relay outputs, ProfiNet, Ethernet, EtherNet/IP, IO-Link, and EtherCAT. Optional accessories such as mounting forks, sighting tubes, close-focus lenses, air purge systems, and cooling jackets enhance installation flexibility and performance in harsh environments.
