The Optris Xi 410  infrared camera features a mid-resolution thermal imaging capability (384 x 240 pixels), enabling it to excel in capturing temperature data across an extensive range from –20°C to 1500°C. Its remarkable distance-to-spot-size ratio ensures accurate temperature measurements, even when capturing images from considerable distances. This superior ratio surpasses the optical performance of modern pyrometers, facilitating detailed monitoring of targets at significant distances. Furthermore, the motorized focus functionality allows users to precisely adjust focus remotely on their surface temperature measurement targets.

With Ethernet as its primary interface, the Optris Xi410 enables effortless connection to computers while maintaining a frame rate of 25 Hz. Users can also have a secondary USB interface with a frame rate of 4 Hz. Its smart autonomous operation eliminates the need for extensive software coding, enabling effortless integration into control loops. Moreover, the infrared camera boasts features such as automatic spot finding, direct analog output (0/4-20mA), and compatibility with industrial fieldbus systems such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, RS485, or Profinet, making it the ultimate solution for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) use. The Xi410’s autonomous operation mode at 1.5 Hz further simplifies integration into machinery.
