CTi LT Compact Two Piece Infrared Pyrometer. -50°C to 1050°C

The Optris CTi LT series pyrometers are equipped with one of the world’s smallest infrared sensing heads, boasting a high optical resolution of up to 22:1. Operating within a spectral bandwidth of 8-14µm, these pyrometers excel in infrared measurement of high-emissivity targets, even at low object temperatures, in fixed installed situations.

Featuring a separate control box offering Selectable analog outputs and several digital interfaces. Their robust design allows the sensing heads to withstand temperatures up to 180 °C without additional cooling, making these pyrometers ideal for high-temperature environments.

Optical resolution of up to 22:1, and a rapid exposure time of down to 115ms, these pyrometers are optimized for efficient monitoring of fast-paced manufacturing processes across industries. Their wide temperature ranges from -50 °C to 1050 °C suit non-reflecting objects.Designed for fixed installation, non-contact temperature measurement facilitated by separate electronics, with easily accessible programming keys and an LCD interface, ensures stability and accuracy over extended periods in varied industrial settings.

The adaptability of the Optris CTi LT series is further emphasized by the range of analog and digital outputs provided by the electronics box, including a built-in USB-C interface, 0/4 – 20 mA, 0 – 5 V, 0 – 10 V, thermocouple (type K), USB, RS485, RS232 interfaces, relay outputs (2 x optically isolated), Profibus DP, ProfiNet, Ethernet TCP and Ethernet/IP. This adaptability facilitates seamless integration into machinery, enhancing utility across various applications.
