Two-piece Industrial Infrared Pyrometer for Gas Temperature Measurement with Laser Sighting, 200 °C to 1650 °C

The Optris CTlaser F2 is a precision non contact pyrometer designed for measuring CO₂ flame gas temperatures in applications such as combustion processes, waste incineration, and chemical reactors. With a 4.24 µm spectral range, it provides accurate carbon dioxide temperature measurement, with the F2 model measuring from 200 °C to 1450 °C and the F2H model from 400 °C to 1650 °C.

The CTlaser F2 delivers high measurement performance with ±1% system accuracy and ±0.5% repeatability (or ±0.5 °C). It features a 45:1 Distance to Spot ratio, spot sizes from 1.6 mm, and a double laser aiming system that precisely indicates the measurement area and reduces alignment errors.

Designed for industrial environments, the CTlaser F2 uses a two-piece design with separate electronics, offering multiple analog and digital outputs for easy system integration. It operates in ambient temperatures up to 85 °C without cooling and can be enhanced with accessories such as air purging, cooling jackets, and mounting flanges. Manufactured and calibrated in Germany to PTB or NIST standards, it provides reliable and accurate temperature measurement for demanding gas applications.
