Two-piece Industrial Infrared Pyrometer for Gas Temperature Measurement with Laser Sighting, 200 °C to 1650 °C

The Optris CTlaser F6 is a high precision non contact pyrometer designed for measuring carbon monoxide flame gases in applications such as combustion processes, waste incineration, and chemical reactors. Its 4.66 µm spectral range is optimised for CO measurement, with temperature ranges of 200 °C to 1450 °C (F6) and 400 °C to 1650 °C (F6H).

Featuring ±1% accuracy, ±0.5% repeatability, 45:1 optics, and spot sizes from 1.6 mm, the CTlaser F6 provides reliable and flexible temperature measurement. Its double laser aiming system ensures accurate targeting by showing the exact measuring spot position and size.

The CTlaser F6 uses a two-piece design with separate electronics, offering multiple outputs including 0/4–20 mA, 0–5/10 V, USB, RS485, RS232, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP. It operates in ambient temperatures up to 85 °C without cooling and can be enhanced with accessories such as air purging and cooling jackets for demanding industrial applications.
