Service Policy

At ECEFast we understand the need to have goods that are delivered on time and perform as described. We have been careful to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to come to a confident buying decision.

Shipping and processing charges

For all on-line orders - delivered in Australia - we provide free freight for orders where the product value is greater than $200 before GST and for orders below $200  we charge a shipping and processing fee of $25 excluding GST. 

Secure Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. When you send us your personal information including credit card information we encrypt these details to protect them from unlawful access. To purchase from us over the Internet you must be over 18 years old.

Faulty goods

Most of our products carry a 12 month warranty - details can be obtained from our Conditions of Sale - If you have purchased a product from us and it shows a fault, please contact us at or call 1 800 811 818 [in Australia], and give us details of the product, date of purchase and the problem. We will discuss, and or, send you information on our warranty process, and if the fault is through defect of manufacture we will repair or replace the item. If the Warranty is greater than one year, then the extended warranty is supported by the manufacturer. The goods may have to be returned to them for inspection. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Order

We will confirm your order shortly after it is placed. We then pack your order to be dispatched. We aim for 2 working days, however, some orders may take up to 10 days to arrive. All orders are subject to availability. If stock  is unavailable you will be advised of the expected delivery time.


In the event of a customer wishing to return any goods or services to ECEFast as bought on this site, ECEFast will only accept such products if they are returned within 30 days, are of a quality that can be onsold as if new and unmarked. Such acceptance by ECEFast shall only raise a credit available for exchange on other goods or services provided by ECEFast. You must pay the postage of such returns.

Receiving your order

If your order shows any physical damage, please acknowledge this and sign “received damaged” and notify us immediately.

Your Account

Our system will hold details of your account and sales transactions with us and they may be viewed only with your username and password. Credit card information is never received by ECEFast as the payment is handled by a specialist bank, and so is not stored anywhere in our system
