Infrared Camera for Measurement through flames in Furnaces 475°C to1700 °C

The Optris Xi 320 MT is an Ethernet-enabled thermal camera designed for accurate, non-contact temperature measurement in demanding industrial environments. It uses a sensitive mid-wavelength infrared detector at 3.9 µm, allowing it to measure through flames, inside furnaces and kilns, and even through visual obstructions. With a temperature range of 475 °C to 1700 °C, it is well suited for high-temperature applications in metallurgical, ceramic, and chemical processes.

The camera features a movable lens for remote focusing through flames, ensuring clear imaging at different working distances. It also supports Power-over-Ethernet, which simplifies installation by reducing cabling and removing the need for separate power supplies while maintaining reliable long-distance data transmission.

Built in Germany, the Xi 320 MT combines precision and durability with an IP67-rated rugged housing suitable for harsh environments. It operates using uncooled microbolometer technology for maintenance-free performance, and is supported by PIX Connect software for image analysis, process monitoring, and custom integration. Optional accessories such as water-cooled housing and air purge systems further extend its usability in extreme conditions.
