The EMA VR Smart Vibrating Fork Level Switches are suitable for both liquid or solid applications in the one device. The users can set up via buttons of LEARN/SET, regardless of it been used for liquid or solid, the product can automatically measure the media due to its intelligent design, without any adjustment.
Fork material is stainless steel 316L to provide corrosion resistance, light but strength-to-weight advantage, heat resistance, wear resistance, Hygiene, Easy to clean, High accuracy.
Enhanced anti-interference ability and EMC level.
It works using the damping and piezoelectric effects. A piezoelectric crystal causes the fork to vibrate at its natural frequency; when in contact with a medium, the vibration stops, triggering a signal. This switch is designed to perform reliably in harsh environments.
