EMA rotating paddle level switches have five parts: main unit, coupling, extension, process connection (optional), and paddle. Users can mix and match these parts as needed, making assembly easy, delivery faster, and improving customer convenience.
Rotary paddle level switch detects the presence of solid or powdery materials in tanks, bins, or containers. Installed at various levels (top, middle, or bottom), it operates by rotating a paddle with a synchronous motor. When material blocks the paddle, the motor stalls, triggering a micro-switch to signal an alarm or control action.
