CSmicro 3M Miniaturized infrared thermometer for Low temperature Metal application 50 to 600°C

The Optris CSmicro 3M pyrometer measures temperatures from 50 °C to 600 °C and is designed for metal temperature measurement with its 2.3 µm spectral range. The robust stainless steel measuring head with an M12x1 thread makes installation easy in tight spaces, and it is commonly used for hot metals such as steel, tungsten, iron, nickel, brass, and composites. With a 33:1 distance-to-spot ratio, it provides accurate measurements even from a distance, making it ideal for manufacturing machinery.

The sensor offers a fast response time of up to 8 ms and can operate in ambient temperatures up to 85 °C, making it suitable for industrial environments. Optional accessories such as air purging systems, mounting flanges, close-focus optics, USB kits, and Compact Connect software help with setup, configuration, and long-term temperature monitoring.
