CSmicro 2M infrared thermometer for temperature measurements on metal, 250 to 1600 °C

Optris CSmicro 2M pyrometer designed to measure temperatures ranging from 250 °C to 1600 °C. With its specialized spectral range of 1.6 µm, this pyrometer excels in accurately measuring metal temperatures. Its compact infrared measuring head facilitates easy installation in tight spaces, enabling cost-effective mechanical integration. This thermal non-contact sensor finds frequent use in hot metal applications such as steel, tungsten, iron, nickel, and semiconductors.

It offers a high distance-to-spot ratio of up to 75:1, enabling precise temperature measurement from long distances. It features a compact, heat-resistant design (up to 125 °C) and supports fast integration into industrial machinery, especially in manufacturing environments. With an ultra-fast 8 ms response time, it delivers highly accurate and real-time temperature readings.

The CSmicro 2M pyrometer is built for harsh industrial environments, delivering reliable and accurate temperature measurements even under thermal shock and fluctuating conditions. Its compact stainless steel design with M12x1 thread allows easy integration into tight spaces, while the LED display provides alarms and self-diagnostics for efficient operation.
