Compact Two-piece Industrial Pyrometer for Low Temperature and High Speed Applications, 0-600°C

The Optris CTi 4M is a high speed, non contact infrared thermometer designed for accurate temperature measurement of challenging materials, including metals, metal oxides, ceramics, and surfaces with unknown or changing emissivity. Its mid wavelength InAsSb detector (2.2–6 µm) enables reliable measurements across a 0 °C to 600 °C temperature range, especially in low temperature and fast moving applications.

Featuring an ultra fast integration time of 110 µs and a response time as low as 320 µs, the CTi 4M provides precise monitoring of rapid industrial processes. Its compact sensing head (14 mm diameter x 28 mm length) and 10:1 distance to spot ratio allow easy integration into machinery and production systems, even in limited spaces.

The CTi 4M uses a two piece design with a separate electronic box, offering flexible communication options including USB, RS232, RS485, analog outputs, relay outputs, Profinet, Modbus, and Ethernet interfaces. Optional accessories such as mounting forks, sighting tubes, close focus lenses, and air purge systems enhance installation flexibility and performance in demanding industrial environments.
