Compact Two-piece Industrial Infrared Pyrometer for High-Temperature Metal Applications, 350-2200°C

Accurate temperature measurement is critical in industrial environments, especially in hot-metal applications where emissivity variations, reflections, and alignment can affect accuracy. The Optris CTi 1M pyrometer uses short-wavelength InGaAs detector technology (around 1.0 µm) to provide stable and precise non-contact temperature measurements from 350 °C to 2200 °C across different models.

With a compact stainless steel measuring head, fast response time of 320 µs, and a distance-to-spot ratio of up to 75:1, the CTi 1M is ideal for monitoring fast processes and integration into machinery, even in limited spaces and harsh environments. Its durable design allows operation in ambient temperatures up to 85 °C without additional cooling.

The CTi 1M series offers flexible integration with multiple analog and digital communication options, including USB, RS485, RS232, Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, and IO-Link. Optional accessories such as mounting forks, sighting tubes, close-focus lenses, air purge, and cooling jackets further enhance its performance for demanding industrial applications.
