Compact Two-piece Industrial Infrared P7 Pyrometer for Thin Plastic Foils Applications, 0-710°C

The Optris CTi P7 pyrometer is designed for accurate non-contact temperature measurement of thin plastics, covering a range from 0 °C to 710 °C. Its 7.9 µm spectral range provides precise readings for plastic films, with a sensor head that can withstand temperatures up to 85 °C without cooling.

With a fast 150 ms response time, the CTi P7 is ideal for temperature control in thin plastic foil production. Its material-specific IR measurement technology allows accurate measurement of plastics such as FEP, PI, PMMA, PC, PET, and PVC, even for thin films.

The pyrometer features a user-friendly electronics box with LCD display and programming buttons, plus multiple output options including 0/4–20 mA, voltage, USB, RS485, Ethernet, Modbus, and Profinet. Optional accessories such as air purge, cooling jackets, mounting forks, and sighting tubes improve performance in demanding industrial environments.
