Calibration

ECEFast is your Single Service Provider with an extensive range of calibration equipment complemented by our in-house NATA accredited FastLab laboratory and calibration testing facility for fast, reliable certifying of sensors.

Our NATA Accredited Temperature Measurement Laboratory (No. 5473) is a tightly controlled laboratory environment with calibration devices and reference standards to certify sensors in the range -200 to 1300ºC, enclosures over the range -80 to 1300ºC, and instruments across all ranges.

Temperature Sensors

The ECEFast Sensors Division utilises Lean Manufacturing practices to produce products of the highest quality with short lead times and competitive pricing. Most-requested products are pre-manufactured and available for immediate delivery, whilst other sensors are manufactured to specification and shipped within a few days.

Our extensive range of thermometers includes base metal and rare metal thermocouples, mineral insulated construction, Thermowells and RTD's.

Level Sensors

The ECEFast Sensors Division is based in our headquarters in Notting Hill Victoria. The facility utilises Lean Manufacturing practices to produce products of the highest quality with short lead times and competitive pricing.

We make a variety of level measurement, and switch products, and through our association with Finetek and Gems, we are able to offer a complete line of level control and measurement devices.

Sensor division makes custom float switches with 316SS S1 or S4 float sizes for SG down to 0.55 and up to 5 levels with lengths to 3M. For safety sake we recommend low voltage operation. These switches suit water, diesel fuel and other compatible liquids.

Platypus and Levelstick are made in our factory and there have been many hundreds placed in service over the last 15 years. For bores to 200M with water to 100M we assemble the Gems 9300 with cable length to order. These are the most accurate hydrostatic water level transmitters available with density compensation and accuracy better than 0.05%.

Technical Support

ECEFast has been a supplier of industrial instrumentation and a provider of technical solutions for over eighty years and over that time the Technical Centre has been providing technical supports to our customers and our Sales Team. 

We provide:

• Technical support for products both before and after sale
• Warranty and non-warranty repairs and Supplier liaison on these functions
• Pre-configuration of products to suit particular applications
• Matching of instruments with sensors when both are purchased together.
• Ongoing maintenance programs for food industry – see below
• Manufacture of ECEFast electronic products such as Platypus, ECECal50250 and Gecko control boxes
• Manufacture of control boxes and panels for ECEFast Systems projects
• Testing of software and hardware for new products
• On site installation and repairs
